Users are able to manage their marketing campaigns as a complete end to end process including tracking campaign costs and return on investment. From within the EXO CRM Module users can set up campaign waves, import data lists, generate and send communications via multiple channels. They can also track the return on investment of marketing activities either via standard tracking in EXO CRM or by integrating with EXO Job Costing Module advanced costings can be monitored and reported on.
 

Some of critical features EXO CRM includes that will offer true benefit to Marketing Managers is:
  • Marketing Campaigning Capability - Users are able to manage their marketing campaigns as a complete end to end process including tracking campaign costs and return on investment.
  • The ability to set up contact lists for use in marketing communications or bulk contact requirements
  • Social CRM features - Users can view Twitter feeds, Facebook Pages and LinkedIn activity for specific companies. Users will also be able to track brand names, user mentions, and company mentions, all from within the EXO CRM and wherever dashboards appear in EXO Business by the Social Media tabs.   • Comprehensive management of contacts including prospects and customers – a comprehensive view of all clients including their transaction history with an organisation

Social CRM Capability


Organisations will be able to link to the power of Social Media Sites via the campaign management functionality in EXO CRM. Users will also be able to track brand names, user mentions, and company mentions, all from within the EXO CRM and wherever dashboards appear in EXO Business by the Social Media tabs.

Twitter accounts may be set up for marketing campaigns in EXO CRM, and tweets may be viewed and posted for integrated social media campaign management. This enables users to effectively engage and connect with customers and prospects.
